There is a spacious lounge/diner, with an open fire, futon, table and four chairs and a savoyarde bench. There is a wide selection of games and books for use by guests (currently stored above the bunks in the bunkroom).

This 4th floor apartment, which is part of the Crêt De L'Ours complex, is situated in a prime location, on south facing slopes with spectacular views, directly above the village centre. It is a comfortable 48m square, and sleeps six adults or two families, with ease, and is very well equipped for self catering.
The apartment is centrally heated throughout, and we have additional heating for cold spells. Access is by lift to the 4th floor and it has its own secure underground parking space, and a double ski locker. There is free wifi.
Bed linen and a full cleaning service are provided for the winter season (towels are not provided).
There is a small self-service launderette and laundry service (Skimanque) in Vallandry, and a self-service laundrette at Super U in Bourg St Maurice in the valley.
Changeover day in the winter is Sunday. In the summer, flexible changeover.
Located just above the main Vallandry chairlift, and just below the express six-seater Grizzly chairlift, you can be quickly on the sunny and picturesque slopes of Vallandry, then what a choice to start each day - Vallandry, Les Arcs, La Plagne?

The kitchenette was renovated in 2019 and is very well equipped, with combi oven/grill and microwave, four ring induction hob, pull out storage cupboards, kettle, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and fridge. Crockery, utensils and pans were also replaced at this time.
The downstairs bathroom has a bath to soak in after those long active days on the slopes or out exploring in the summer. It also has a shower attachment, recently improved lighting, and 6 small drawers. The WC is separate and also has shelf space for use by guests.
As you enter the apartment, there is an additional room with futon, which converts to a comfortable double bed when required. This is separated from the lounge by a door. Also in the hallway are several shelves, a boot rack and, a large space for coats and clothes to hang.
A two-sides balcony faces south and west (sunshine all day), with stunning views of the Savoie/ Tarentaise valley and Mont Blanc. It’s a fantastic place to watch the Flocons learning to ski in winter, and to bask in the sunshine, with a beer or glass of wine, and admire the beautiful scenery and the bravery of the parapenters overhead.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside shelves and lights, 4 large drawers, a small wardrobe and some pegs to hang clothing on. The bedroom has a gorgeous view of the Bellecote Glacier.
The bunkroom sleeps 4 in two pairs of bunks. Beneath them are 6 large drawers for the use of guests and pegs to hang clothing on.
There are two single futons on the mezzanine, for unexpected visitors, and for chilling out, reading, or watching some of the many DVDs available in the apartment! The mezzanine overlooks the lounge below.
The shower room has a shower with sink and WC, and some storage drawers. The lighting was recently improved so those panda eyes can be covered up!
